Background Information

The Centre for Professional Development (CPD) is a Unit of Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) established in November 2012 to empower people through short duration training programmes. CPD offers training programmes tailor-made to address knowledge competence gaps in organisations and communities. The Centre has a reservoir of professional consultants and experts with vast experience. It also has connections with experts from across the globe. CPD regularly carries out client needs analysis before designing training programmes hence the programmes are responsive to socio-economic, politic-cultural and technological dynamics of the environment.
