Dr. Dingindawo Ncube is a Senior Lecturer/Regional Programme Coordinator at the
Zimbabwe Open University-Matabeleland South Regional Campus. He holds a Doctor of
Education degree (DED) in Educational Management, University of Venda, RSA, a Master’s
degree in Educational Administration, Planning and Policy Studies(MEDEAPPS), Zimbabwe
Open University, Zimbabwe and Bachelor of Education in Educational Administration,
Planning and Policy Studies(BEDEAPPS), UZ –CDE, Zimbabwe.
